Every passage the assistant uses names the file it came from, and it is told to say so plainly when your documents have nothing relevant rather than answer from general knowledge.
ClarionFlow indexes what your organization already knows, answers questions against it, and turns those answers into actionable items that reach the people who have to approve them.
Policies, handbooks, contracts, procedures. They're parsed, chunked and indexed automatically — no tagging, no schema to design first.
The assistant searches your organization's own material and answers with a citation to the file it came from, so you can check the claim rather than take its word.
When something needs doing, the assistant drafts an actionable item — a request, an approval, a change — and it enters review as a draft.
Every actionable item moves through a review flow you define: stages, and the reviewers eligible at each one. An item advances only when the right person at the current stage approves it — being a reviewer on a later stage isn't enough to act early.
This isn't a setting that can be switched off. The assistant has no approval tool and no write access to your data; it proposes, and the application records what people decide. The audit trail is a by-product of how the system works rather than something bolted on.
Ask for a plan, a checklist or a summary and the assistant writes a page you keep, in an Artifacts section beside your documents. Ask again later and it revises the same page rather than leaving you a pile of drafts to tell apart.
Ask for a graph of something in a spreadsheet and the figures are computed from the file — every row of it — rather than estimated by a language model from a few excerpts. The bars and the numbers beside them come out of the same arithmetic, so they cannot disagree with each other.
Plans and graphs, as web pages you can open, download or send on. Not slide decks, not spreadsheets, and not images — a graph here is a page, which is why it stays readable and stays small.

When the trial ends you keep access to everything you've put in — what stops is asking new questions and adding people. Paid plans are coming; until then, get in touch and we'll extend it.
Every passage the assistant uses names the file it came from, and it is told to say so plainly when your documents have nothing relevant rather than answer from general knowledge.
Once an item goes for review its description is frozen. Not by the assistant, not by an administrator, not by whoever raised it — so an approval is always an approval of what the item still says.
Every item carries its own history: drafted, sent, each decision and its comment, and any change to its wording with the previous version kept.
Each organization's material is isolated, and search is filtered to the asking user's organization on every query.
